First EDNA Meeting

We had approximately 50 residents in attendance at our first meeting. What a great turn-out! The bylaws were approved as was the membership dues amount - $100 annually or $50 after September 15th.  The association dues are for the calendar year. We also elected officers. They are President - Neil Farmer, Vice President - Jason Proffitt, Treasurer - Cindy Black, Secretary - Robert Harrell, and Director - LA Hart.
