Emerald Drive Neighborhood Association takes over where Lake Spivey Estates left off. Lake Spivey Estates, which consisted of properties on Emerald Drive and Emerald Court, was created in 1958. The original entity listed 21 restriction for property owners. The new entity doesn't have these. It's not a "homeowners association" but instead is a "neighborhood association". We can't tell you what color to paint your house or when you should cut your grass. It's not that type of organization. What it can do is act as a vessel to organize neighbors.
