"I like plan # two because it has a 90 degree turn onto Jodeco. It shifts Emerald around more to get the 90 degree angle. I really DON'T like the current set up, turning south on Jodeco!"
"Taking ownership of a publicly used intersection would be evidence of insanity. EDNA and it's membership could be liable for any accident that occurs there if the plaintiff alleges poor intersection design, inadequate road maintenance, or even poor road surface if the accident occurs on wet pavement. Even if no liability is found the law suit would cost tens or hundreds of thousands to defend.
Why do you think builders deed the road to the county as soon as it is built? Any sign that is erected better not obscure a drivers vision.
If the board decides to take on this liability I will resign from Edna immediately."
"Leave it alone. With all the break ins money be better spent on security patrol, especially since there is only one patrolling police officer in this area of Clayton county during shift changes. Don’t draw more attention to our neighborhood, Nicer areas in Buckhead don’t. If the monument needs to be relocated put it at Sunset Point since so much money is being spent there unnecessarily as well."
"I don’t think we need cameras."
